By accessing or using AI RPG (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI RPG provides an interactive AI story and RPG experience in your browser. Core play may be free; optional paid packages add digital credits for additional scenes, images, and video generations. Features may change over time.

You may need to sign in (for example via email magic link) to save progress or buy credits. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Paid packages are one-time purchases of non-transferable digital credits, not subscriptions. Prices are shown at checkout in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as PayPal). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Credits are delivered to your account after successful payment. Unused credits do not expire unless we state otherwise on the purchase page.

Do not use the Service to break the law, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, or generate content you do not have rights to use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Story text, images, and videos are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, offensive, or inconsistent. You use generated content at your own discretion. We do not guarantee suitability for any particular purpose.

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI RPG and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or loss of data, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
